"It was easy to book and checking in was easy once I found the right phone number. I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. The room was very nicely furnished and presented but the blind was impossible to raise so no natural daylight available. I cant comment on the catering as none was available over Christmas and this was made clear at the...

"Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

"Stayed here for 2 days. Very close to the train station, as well as the bus stop for local buses to nearby villages. It was perfect for my needs. Bed was comfortable as well, and I slept like a baby. NOTE: There's no door to the bathroom (only a curtain). If you're sharing a room, make sure you're comfortable with this."
