"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "

"The hotel room was great but there were no shower gels, shower caps and little things that you find in most hotels. Saying that, everything else was excellent and they had quite a good selection of vegan options on the in room service menu. Definitely would stay there again."

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time which was disappointing but without having to ask we were offered free drinks and activity packs for the kids along with apologies. Cookies too! Room was what you’d expect from a holiday inn, basic but comfortable. Slight niggle was the sofa bed being out blocked the dressing table/chair area.
