"Atmospheric pub with rooms with a rowing club interior design style. It was a quality experience from check in to check out. Breakfast was one of the luxurious and extensive I’ve seen. Friendly, thoughtful service. Quiet comfortable room. A busy local bar and beer garden on Tuesday I stayed. Burger and single draught pint was £25. "

"The staff are brilliant only not allowed to drink in the rooms but they will hold it for you in there fridge so all good... Ive stayed here twice when no hotels available for work and ive had a cracking sleep Goid work guys and ill be coming in october when next working in bristol All the best 👍 "

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "We stayed in the grade 2 listed farmhouse in the blue room which was very large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable bathroom & shower were squeaky clean the outside temperature had changed that day due to rain so it was a tad chilly but I’m a northerner so no problem for me. The breakfast selection was amazing including a cooked breakfast The host was very chatty and informative so 5 out of 5 for our stay"
