"Staff friendly and attentive. Only issue is the entrance to hotel. A Constable was at the corner to keep entrance opened. We enjoy the location as it is convenient to the areas we visit. "

"The staff was amazing- friendly, accommodating, very aware of the area. The area itself was noisy and not the best neighborhood, but the staff were really phenomenal. Sheets were super soft and comfortable too. "

"Honestly a great place for the price. Very clean, modern, large rooms, and overall enjoyable. Cons are no coffee maker in the rooms or a bathroom fan. "

"Great customer service! The van waited for us after we called. The gal at the desk was very efficient and even called us back to let us know when the van would be there. Hotel itself is kind of rundown and very basic, but does the trick for an overnight stay."

"Hotel definitely shows its age. Only one elevator worked while we were there and with 15 floors that's an issue. Breakfast was very good and staff very professional. Rooms are big and bed comfortable. Good for short stay. Well situated downtown."
