"The room was okay, perfectly acceptable for what you pay. The ice machine was not convenient at all, had to walk across the parking lot to get to it and the parking was really difficult."

I went out and bought a pillow, batteries for the remote needed to be replaced- I bought batteries. The staff were pleasant and polite. Breakfast bar needed attention- needed more than one person to keep up on it on the weekend. "

"I don't know what people are talking about with bad reviews on breakfast. I had a wonderful free breakfast of eggs, bagels, and fruit. The two ladies at the front desk went above and beyond, perfect customer service. The room was excellent, in the back away from traffic noise, comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Oro Valley area."

"As the saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Checking in was smooth, clerk was nice. Had to leave $100 deposit. In cash! It was returned in the morning by Alejandra who was the rudest person ever. She was busy talking to a coworker and I had to bring it to her attention that I was there to check out. I told her I have a deposit in an envelope and she rudely replies “I KNOW!” Then decides to tell me I need my id. So had to go to my car. She enjoyed pushing my buttons all that time she kept...

"Breakfast staff was outstanding!! Never had to wait for anything! Rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly. My only complaint is the elevator. The door sensors need adjusted. They would start to close and not open immediately when something or someone got caught."
