"Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂"

"It's 1:02 in the morning and still the pub is full of drunk, loud people singing at the top of their lungs. Management must be encouraging it since no one has told them to go home. When you have guest rooms, you should practice respect for your guests who are trying to sleep!! Never again will we come here. "

I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Absolute must-visit in Bath! First of all, the host Pete is a real gem. Extremely friendly, full of great recommendations and general knowledge of the area, he made me feel extremely welcome. Room(s)/facilities: Both the room, the bed itself and lounge area with sofas were charming, and came equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries. Pete also said that if ever I needed anything replenishing, that I could just send a message, and he did check up on me, which was very kind. Area: lovely...
