"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff - kind and helpful. Had to go to several floors to find a drink vending machine that worked. The driveway was not plowed upon arrival. Most cars including myself got stuck trying to get out in the morning. I understand winter storms in VT but parking lot was poorly maintained - disappointing. "

"Very convenient location. Room was comfortable and spacious. Snowy weekend and staff had a tough time keeping up with the walkways, but that's Vermont! . Room decor was a bit dated for the money. Not much else to choose from in the area, so they get their price. And, it was Vanlentine weekend and Presidents weekend in a skier's region. No discounts for the single traveler. First night was a bit noisy, with the neighbors, but when staff reached out after first night, I mentioned it, and they...

"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was basic, but that was expected due to the age of the building. Clean and sanitized, but definitely needed some “deep” cleaning, like dusting baseboards and taking marks off walls. Overall a good experience and in a great location. Would visit again!"

"Stayed from Friday to Sunday to ski at Mount Snow and Okemo. Very nice reception staff (they offered a refund when I had to cancel a night) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While it was not a luxury stay, for $100 a night, it was an amazing deal, and I would highly recommend. The only issue is the walls could be slightly thicker"
