"Nice stay at the hotel but the airport shuttle is horrible: dirty, run down vehicles, I didn’t feel safe "

"Check in was available starting by at 3pm. We arrived a little before 4pm and no rooms were ready. There were 2 others in front of us waiting for rooms to be cleaned as well. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic though. Our room was in building 2 and when we pulled up, there were belongings stacked over in one of the parking spots. "

Right off the bat I was impressed with the ease of using the shuttle, quick and timely. "Hotel location is perfect, close to the airport and lots of restaurants close-by. Property is very nice and quiet. I just did not like the attention to cleanliness due to several stains of liquid (coffee maybe) on the bed cover. "
