"Took a taxi to and from a local attraction. First thing both said was you are not in a safe area. Don’t walk after dark. The note on the front desk stating “there have been many vehicle break ins, leave nothing of value in your cars. We are not responsible”. This should have been a clue. Having said that we never had anything taken over two nights. Our room was facing a concrete manufacturing plant with many “bangs” and large vehicles moving throughout the morning and daytime. "

"At first was horrible because did not know had to pay deposit when we got there after we had already paid room "

"The first room they gave me had not been cleaned. The second room was clean. Front desk staff was not super friendly. Lots of construction which limited parking. Noisy during the day from construction. Not in the best neighborhood but close to Beale Street. "

"The staff were very friendly, courteous and hospitable."

"The front desk staff are friendland all smiles, the beds are bit high so of you have a toddler with the risk of fall is there. The only thing that was off with me was the carpet it needs cleaning, my babies were running around the room and when i took off their socks they were dirty. Lastly, just bring flip flops they dont have disposable ones. I guess i will remember to bring one when I come back."
