"This is a very good mid-range property in an area seriously lacking in mid-range. The included breakfast is serviceable and what you'd expect out of an included breakfast. Starbucks is across the parking lot and I'd go there for your caffeine fix. The hotel is quiet, staff is friendly. I'd prefer to stay here over most South Portland properties as long as the price doesnt skyrocket. "

"We stayed for just one night to be close to my work's holiday party location. It was easy to check in, friendly staff. The lobby and restaurant look really nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Everyrhing we wanted!"

"It was fine and clean. You could say that it was time to do some renovations and property upkeep. Strange bathroom layout. They had the worst bacon ever and the breakfast was blah."

"I recognize it was a budget facility but to walk into a room that hadn't been services to the point where the towels were still on the floor, the beg wasn't made and the trash hadn't been emptied.is a bit more than I can let go. Other than that it was an awesome experience and I would go back. "

"Everything was really nice, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and warm but refreshing too. The only thing that may improve the stay if there was a better breakfast option. It was a brown baf pick up which was not bad, better than nothing. I would definitly stay at this location again. "
