"Very nice location if going for cruise the next day"

"Stayed on floor 3 and could hear every move the person on floor 4 (same room location) did. Floors are thin. Room was clean. New building so that is nice. They allow pets but no barking dogs ever woke me. Doors slamming shut however.... very loud doors closing. "

I wasn't prepared for that and you should include it in the reservation. That way it's done. My apologies to the deask clerk as I was short with her and shouldn't have been. I was tired but that's no excuse. Other than that, my stay was fine. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was constantly cleaning the common area, and the Lobby smelled fresh and clean everytime you walked through the door. The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue with our TV on Superbowl Sunday and Jahiem handled it immediately and he was so nice! This place is conveniently located by great eating spots and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again. "
