"Exceptional! The staff? Friendly and respectful. The property? Pristine. The room? Clean, modern, comfortable. The amenities (pool/gym? Great. The complimentary breakfast? Tasty. Proximity to the beach? Super close! Return factor - you bet! There is also a wonderful rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Melbourne Airport. The food and drinks were decent and not terribly priced. They make a very nice sunset margarita and also a lavender margarita. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a sofa/lounger. We enjoyed the pool as well. There is a parking fee but it was only $7 so not too crazy. The breakfast area did not offer waffles so if you’re a waffle person be advised. But waffles can be purchased offsite and should not deter you from this wonderful location. Enjoy your stay. We sure did! "
