"it went really well. The team loved the property. I would suggest some storage or shelves in the downstairs bathroom near that king room and laundry area. Hard to use just a pedestal sink. Also any kind of shelves added to all the showers would be awesome. Water pressure slight issue. Hot tub kept not heating, once fixed, once again and we didn't call it in because last night. Loved all the kitchen utensils and things available. Need hair dryer in every bathroom. "

"This house is very roomy, it had tons of space for our family. 3 adults and 6 kids. Plus it’s pet friendly! No spending hundreds on boarding. We go on vacation a lot and this was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. I definitely recommend. "

"This house exceeded our expectations. The home has the most accessories we have ever had at Windsor Palms. Air fryer, coffee maker & kuerig. Coffee and sugar available at our fingertips. The best assortment of pots and pans, dishes, & silverware. This was our 5th yr staying in theis community and its been by far the best house. The clubhouse was a hop skip and a jump from our house. Private pool and beautifully decorated. The owners really take pride in their house. We would stay there again...

"The pool closed really early in the evening, not really much to do in the evenings there not too many amenities in comparison to the price for resort fees. Confusing however everything is an extra price like heating the pool. The staff are friendly and tried to communicate appropriately and quickly. I think the cost was a bit much for what you got. But if you have multiple people with you, it’s a good deal. Like for the three bedroom room if you have 6+ people it’s a great deal"

"The Owners and maintenance providers were very responsive to a few small issues we had. The description of the house on VRBO matched the actual conditions very well. We really enjoyed the pool area - especially the quiet location and forested area at the back."
