"Everything was great. Place was just as good or better than the pictures you see on the listing. No surpasses here and everything went well. Great experience, great view, great atmosphere. "Encore Resort was a nice place! We had an issue with our patio door in the middle of the night & maintenance came immediately and fixed the issue! Can’t wait to visit again. They even held our bags until it was time for check-in. "

"During my stay we came back from the park one day and the entire unit smelled like paint thinner. I contact the front desk to see if someone did painint in the adjoining unit or why the overpowering smell was there. I was told no painting was done and they would send someone immediately. Half hr later still noone came, i called again and was told the same that it was marked urgent and someone would be over, yet again noone came. "This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient"

"Lovely property but beware of the Alligators just outside the property grounds. Lots of beautiful birds to be seen. I saw woodpecker, crane, stork, cormorant, vulture and others, all on the property grounds. I wish I had brought my binoculars."
