"Overnight staff Friday 2/21/2025, 3:30a and Saturday 2/28/2025, 11:30pm were abrasive and not helpful. He acted annoyed that we interrupted him using his personal cell phone while he was sitting at the front desk (when we were leaving for our flight and again when we returned to pick up our car). Very rude. "

"Hotel was was very comfortable and clean! Nice breakfast. My only criticism would be to ask the management to re-think the parking charge. The two large, on-site parking lots were only about one-third full when I stayed, so having to pay $7 per night for parking seemed like a money grab."

"Very nice room. Overall excellent hotel. However, I selected this hotel in part because it had a pool. It was not mentioned in the description that the pool was undergoing service and not usable. Very disappointing as I specifically planned to swim."

"Stayed two nights @ this location. Knew it was a bit 'out of the way' but the location turned out to be fine. Everything about the hotel was good; keep in mind there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby but you can get food delivery. Full kitchen (with coffee pot & microwave) was a help. Plan to stay here again on my next visit since price was reasonable for downtown Hartford."
