"Flagstaff is beautiful any time of the year. Excellent location for restaurants, shopping and close to freeways. Sedona and Grand Canyon are close enough for a day trip depending on how early you leave and the season. I have stayed here many times and never had issues."

"We had a great stay at the Matterhorn for 2 nights. I love the old school feel on the outside and our room was large and nicely renovated with a balcony overlooking some of Sedonas red rocks. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops (obviously pretty touristy in downtown). The staff was super friendly. We were there in January so it was pretty quiet but I imagine it could get loud in high season. "

"The bed in my room felt like I was sleeping on concrete it was so hard. I never got a receipt from the property because I left so early. When I called to get a receipt, I was told that I should have gotten it at check in and told me there was nothing she could do. "
