"Well when we looked up this property it stayed that the room had 2 bedroom and we were on the understanding that each bedroom came with a separate bathroom which it didn't and that didn't make me or the wife very happy plus the room came with two separate cable providers and I wasn't able to watch the NFL playoffs game! We also had to get our door key replaced two different times in the same day! One of the desk workers couldn't hardly speak English plus he had only been on the job 3 days and...

"It is confusing as there are two Holiday Express hotels in College park. We went to the wrong one as I did not realize this and just put in College park. I was surprised they charged $15 for parking as I have only paid for parking in downtown hotels. The parking lot was empty. Also, there is a gate to get out and they did not give us the code when we checked out so we had to go back in when leaving to get it. "
