"The deposit was not previously displayed before selecting the hotel, it would have been nice to prepare by having the amount of cash on hand to cover it before arriving. They offer an ATM machine in the lobby but for some reason only allowed $40 to be withdrawn at a time.- it’d take 3 transactions to cover the deposit with a minimum of $12.00 in bank fees. 0 stars for that part only. "

"Everything was good but the room wven though was a nonsmoke room it had a cigarette smell. Besides that the people on front desk were really kind and helpful"

"The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. Instead if was bowing downward. The tub looked gross. I pulled the sheets back on the beds and found random small pieces of stuff. The TV remote was missing the back to hold in the batteries. ...

"Extended Stay Auburn Hills is an very good hotel. The ladies are so sweet, Lynn is awesome. I love her personality. The ladies have great hospitality, and they are very nice people! The room is great! Housekeeping is awesome as well. Jawanna and the newest Housekeeper are very sweet as well. Overall, the hotel have good people, it's quiet, clean, and people say to themselves!"

"Breakfast is good. Check in and check out were easy. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable, but not the best. Really appreciated the extended breakfast hours (until 10:30am) the 11am check out. "

"The hotel in general was good. My only complaint is that the south entrance card reader did not work and as a result, I had to walk all the way around to the north entrance just to be able to get to my room. That was a bit inconvenient, but other than that, my stay was good. "

"I’ve stayed here 6 times this year and it has been safe and secure. I’ve used the king suite, family suite and the jacuzzi suite. All of the rooms were great and you have your own private patio or balcony in each room. Johnny is a great and caring manager as well!"
