"Check in was at 3pm, the room assigned wasn’t clean, was given another room that wasn’t cleaned. Third room they gave me had broken drawers, you couldn’t fit around the sink to get to the toilet. The shower had mould in it. Reception guy had a tracksuit on and his personal beat headset on his head when he eventually appeared and the manager hung up the phone on me when I called the number at the desk to check in. Cited above an old pub oozing with character and history - nothing is level or plumb as was the original way of building - I bet the walls could tell some stories.
