"We arrived at unit XXXXA at 7:40 p.m. and were finally able to enter an hour later. Vacasa had sent me 10 emails before our arrival, all with the wrong unit number (XXXXA) and incorrect check-in instructions. It was dark and raining, and after spending about 15 minutes trying to get in, I called Vacasa. It took 10 minutes to reach an operator and another 10 minutes for the property manager to call me back. To make matters worse, the instructions directed us to a unit two doors to the left...

"The room was brand new and in perfect condition. We enjoyed the common area with the ability to grab a morning coffee and as well do some laundry. The suite in the perfect location to explore Friday Harbor on foot. Would recommend, especially for larger groups as you can book multiple rooms and enjoy the common areas together! "

"Property is newly built and very neat and clean. It's walking distance from the ferry terminal. There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. It gets very hot in the room."

"Kristen was an excellent communicator. Let us check in early and leave late. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The house was immaculate and location was quiet and peaceful with an amazing view. Hot-tub was clean and pristine. We brought our dog and she loved the big open field at Rosario across the street.
