The ryokan is near the train tracks so you will hear trains going by but it wasnt bothersome and they dont go on throughout the night or really early in the morning. The hosts are very nice and quiet. I have tattoos so it was really cool to have an onsen right at the ryokan because it can be a little tricky to find places that accept tattoos (they do exist...

"Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "
