"This hotel is located literally a 2 minute walk from the best part of Waikiki Beach. The rooms are clean and come with kitchenettes. Bathrooms are updated. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The building itself is very old and a bit run down on the outside, but if you want to be next to Waikiki beach, and walk in minutes to the ocean, restaurants and stores, this is the best place for the price. "
