"Staff very friendly. Allowed us to check-in early, giving us the opportunity to drop off bags and begin venturing around the city. Front desk worker geave us a map and directions on how to get downtown, which was a very short walk across the bridge. Would certainly highly recommend booking here for short trips to Innsbruck."

"GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming...
