"Disappointed that on arrival had to pay again for the room even though i confirmed i had a receipt for payment in advance. Also the reception was unmanned midday and could not gain access. Lucky it was not raining! Really basic room. "

"Good location. Facilities satisfactory although shower broken at bracket and had to hold shower while washing. However attempts to fix it were observed however this made it worse as the screw was dangerous. Wi-fi not good."

"Very convenient for central Bordeaux, breakfasts excellent with plenty of choice. Everything lovely and clean, bedding wonderful - but it could do with a bit of redecoration, some areas looking tired and in need of painting. Parking €35 for two nights as special deal with hotel. All in all, excellent value."

There was a used plaster on the floor - cleaning not great. The bed is very comfortable but, as always in B&B, just one thin pillow each. "

"Hotel Regina is in an excellent location, the reason i chose this hotel was for the transport links to and from the airport, tram line was adjacent to hotel. Hotel was exactly what we wanted, also close to some nice cafe/restaurants."
