"Hotel was fine. Remodeled room was good and we are used to with AC. Breakfast was included and great. Building itself is safe cameras all over gated and can only enter with key card. Outside facilities sketchy two blocks from beach and we went out because family member who lives in DR stayed with us and had vehicle. We loved the pool area. Great for our one night stay after arriving from SDQ airport. "

"No elevator!!! All the rooms are upstairs the steps are long. They lock you in the hotel and go check your room at check out THEY LOCKED ALL THE DOORS. NEVER GOINF BACK"

"Main complaint is that the power was out when I arrived about 8pm and stayed out until 1:30 or 2 in the morning, and this hotel has no power inverter, thus no A/C in a stuffy room without window to the outside. I would not stay here again unless the hotel has back up power. The woman who helped me check in (not an owner) was the best part of my stay. She tried her best and thought I might like their sister hotel down the street better. I would have if there was electricity but there wasn’t....

"Busqué con el filtro de aparcamiento disponible y no tiene ninguna plaza de aparcamiento. El internet no llega a la habitación y aunque hay una smart TV no pudimos ver nada. Pero muy limpio y personal atento."

"Good location, but unfortunately I realised too late there was bed bugs in my windowless room. Checked out a day early. They offered to clean my room or to switch rooms, but bed bugs are not that easily to get rid off. Expedia team attempted to reach out to manager for refund for my last night but to no avail. "
