The building is an old convent/monastery and the rooms have all been modernised with very colourful furniture and decorated in a very unique way! The room and bathroom were quite large and they were very clean and well maintained. There is a nearby terrace on the first floor next to the rooms where you can see Florence in the distance and also the gardens, patio and olive garden that surround the hotel. "Very quiet and tranquil farm room. Views of hills, fields and olive trees. 15 minutes by car to Colle val d'Elsa. About the same to Casole d'Elsa. Good parking. In the center of Tuscany so you can also make easy daytrips to Florence, Siena, Volterra, and San Gimignano."

She even had a taxi deliver a work bag for me after I forgot it in my hotel room!
