"Shout out to the amazing friendly fantastic staff at this lovely hotel. Needed a place close to the airport just for a night. We were four ladies. What a lovely find! Super clean, super comfortable so close to the airport easy to find and the staff were super flexible in allowing us to come at ungodly hours. Thank you guys."

"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be...

"Guy running the place was great . Made several calls for us to get quick taxis ,& Ha Long Bay tour set up with hotel pick & drop. Bed was decent , a/c worked good, & shower was good. Has bigger bikes for rent . "
