"They did not have my expedia booking and sold my room. Luckily i had access to their lounge and wi fi. My wife called expedia from South Africa and held for on the phone for close to an hour!!! If you book international, you have to have immediate online help 24/7 via wifi. Writing 2 phone nrs and charges may apply is just rubbing salt in the wound. "Great check in and plenty of amenities that make it one of the favored hostel. Nearby a lot of great attractions. Also a great bonus is the fact that the breakfast is free and offers great food from eggs to hash browns. Rooms for me did not impress as I was having problem withthe keycard and I told staff about it. I also felt that the room was also not as impressive as I have seen online. I could have a better experience but I feel that there needs to be some improvement down the line"
