"Clean, modern, tiny home about 30 mins outside the Grand Canyon south rim entrance. House has full sized fridge, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and bathroom. Space is clean and well furnished. Big enough for our family of 4. Nice outdoor deck with solar powered lights. Cute propane fire place to hang out near at night. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans. "Not recommended during winter. I stayed here for two nights in January 2025. 1. There is just a small portable heater which will not at all fit for that size of property 2. Even if not the heater atleast an electric heated blanket would help. I am not sure why the host did not even invest 60$ for a heated blanket.
