"Everyone was so nice!! Restaurant staff was exceptional, and very friendly. Shop on property was really cool!! Route 66-ish. Loved the property and staff. Only suggestion would be to freshen up landscaping, but it was the very end of winter, so maybe just not done yet?"

"Cute place to stay outside of The Grand Canyon. Will need to bring your own salt and pepper and be aware of the wonky sink faucet which can shoot water onto your chest lol. Otherwise, fun experience and worked for what we were looking for."

"I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best."

"Overall quite dirty, looks like they only come and clean the beds because everything else was pretty dirty. We spilled water and cleaned it up from the floor and the towel came back completely brown. Batteries in mini split were not working so we were quite cold and ended up just leaving after one night. Also they charged a 30 fee for extra guest but it is a two bed two bath and we only had three people. If it says sleeps 4 I would assume you could have 4 but beware they will charge you. Would not recommend for the price we just ended up at a hotel for the same price."

"We stayed there along with my husband's parents, and we had more than enough space. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed some quiet time there after spending most of 2 days at Grand Canyon. It's about a 30 minute drive from the house to the entrance of the Grand Canyon (more if the traffic is backed up at the pay stations due to the government cuts), so it's about as far away as I would like to stay with driving back and forth.Trish is super helpful, and we would happily stay there again should we return to the area. "

"We needed a place close to the Grand Canyon and this proved to be in excellent proximity to it - only 30 mins away. The price was very reasonable with the property being very clean. The house is small but was very well equipped and warm. For four of us it was very comfortable. Just a heads up - the property sleeps 8 but would be very cramped. We would definitely stay there again. "
