Grand Canyon Vacation
The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We originally planned to stay there with another couple. Their daughter asked if she and her family could stay with us. Rosalio was gracious enough to allow this. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Home Base for Exploring the Grand Canyon
We had a great time exploring the Grand Canyon and used the Brarosel Tourist House as our home base. It had everything we needed to make the most of our time in Williams. I loved being only 35ish minutes from the South entrance and being more secluded allowed us to see amazing views of the night sky.

Great stay close to the Grand Canyon
Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with great access to the Grand Canyon. Only about 30 minutes to the south rim entrance so made travel very easy. House came with plenty of amenities for our stay. Overall great stay in a great location.

Happy stay
First time in the area, the place was very nice, felt right at home. The couch and love seat were outstanding. The weather was very exciting. Waking up to a snow like mix in the morning was fun.

Great stay for Grand Canyon visit
House was very clean and comfortable. It’s in the middle of nowhere but an easy 35 minute drive to the National Park, 30 minutes to Williams, which is a nice town with a grocery store, gas stations, and lots of restaurants. We appreciated the snacks and bottled water upon arrival as well as the “extras” in the kitchen (ketchup, sugar, coffee, etc). Neighborhood was very quiet, although the heating system in the house is quite loud. House is fairly spacious except for the tiny shower in the primary bathroom. Listing says it has a bed and a futon in one of the bedrooms, when it’s actually just the bed but a sleeper sofa in the living room. Overall we had a great visit and would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable!
My family and I visited the Grand Canyon and Williams and used this home as our base. It was perfect. We had space, inside and out, plenty to work with in the kitchen, comfortable beds and connectivity. Communication with Rosalie was great. I have no complaints. :)

Location and Value
This cozy house had everything we needed after a day at the Grand Canyon. It was nice to not have to pay the premium of the inside the park lodges and yet be less than 40 minutes from a place to rest. There isn’t much around, so I suggest bringing all the food/supplies you need. We grilled a simple meal and used the well-stocked kitchen. Thanks for sharing your home!

Grand Canyon Adventure
The house was older but had been refurbished. It was SO clean which, to me, is very important! There were so many thoughtful aspects in the house down to a first aid kit, wonderfully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and really everything we needed. The host even provided a bottled water stand. We absolutely loved our stay here - it was only 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon and a wonderful retreat after hiking the canyon!

Skip Tusayan and stay here
If you need to be close to activities then this may be out of the way for you. But we like to plan meals and eat them at home with a night out once in a while. Grand Canyon Inn, Restaurant & Lounge had good food. All 4 of us said we would go back. Easy drive to Grand Canyon-plan on getting there early to miss the lines. A minor issue with how loud the heating system is at night but it won't bother you in the warmer months.

Great location to Grand Canyon South Rim!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable. It’s 30 minutes from the Grand Canyon and 25 minutes from Williams. I recommend stopping at Safeway in Williams to get groceries before going to the house. Be prepared, it feels like you’re in the wrong spot when you first drive up,; it’s pretty isolated, but it’s a lovely house and we felt safe. We loved the hot/cold water cooler, which we used to fill up our water bottles every morning before our daily hikes. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked very well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Just outside of the Grand Canyon park
The property is well maintained and clean. The location was only 30min to the South rim with 2 small towns in between with gas, shops, and restaurants. You can see for miles and mountains all around. It was only my wife and myself staying but you can sleep 6 here comfortably with 3 rooms 2 baths. We deal with many allergies with food so having a full kitchen was important and it did not disappoint. We were able to make our own meals and keep plenty of fresh food in the normal sized fridge. This is not a hotel it is a home that has all you need for a short or an extended stay! The property manager answered our questions promptly including answering the phone when we got a bit turned around in the dark. This bucket list trip was made stress free by having a good home to come back to every evening, where were able to relax and get some good sleep. If you are coming to the South rim this is a great place to stay and feel at home!
