"I rated them excellent on everything, especially customer service thanks to a medical emergency. They helped out with immensely. The one area that was a little bit more challenging was the fact that it’s an older building and you have to expect some idiosyncrasies but was well maintained. The location and staff are what stand out most!"

"Nice location 2 min walk away from the base of niseko Annapuri but otherwise very basic accommodations with small rooms, small hard beds, shared bathrooms/showers and hosts were not very helpful when we had issues with transiting. Bring cash! The accommodation house does offer cheaper lift tickets but must be paid in cash. "

"Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus. My only qualm is that the beds were a bit old and that the couch in the room just took up a lot of space when trying to sort out our massive ski bags… overall very happy with the stay!"

"The owner “Yama sang” and staff are so polite and nice. Yama sang would drop you off at ski resorts and major hotels and attractions if you need a ride. Breakfast is included although the stay is very reasonable. Breakfasts were excellent. I had problems coming back home since I couldn’t make bus reservations. "Very confined space. Felt like I was on top of people trying to get around. If you don't have a vehicle you are limited to what is around you. No kitchen to cook your own meals. Was difficult to find a place to relax. The bathroom was out of hand towels for a day and both toilets where out of toilet paper. Breakfast was great and the gear lockers where great as well. "

"These are lovely people who are genuinely just nice people. They have run this pension for 40 years and its 3rd generation, all whom which still work their bar the Patriach Granfather whosed passed. The Matriach Grandma still works here at 92. Her daughter and husband run the place and do all the cleaning and cooking and daily chores along with their extremely helpful daughter. "Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day.
