"The staff"

" We didn't. The staff is fantastic and SnowDog Village, our condo was really nice and the free shuttle to and from Niseko Village was helpful. Without a car, however, it was difficult to get to a market and restaurants. Also, there was a restaurant onsite at one time that was closed when we stayed. Very quiet and close to the slopes. "

"We enjoyed our stay at One Niseko Resort Towers during our recent ski holiday. We loved the on -property onsen and dining facility, and the staff were very friendly. We look forward to visiting the area again and will consider this hotel in the future."

"Great stay, had a car so very easy to get to various ski lifts. Could also walk to Annupuri. Big space for 2 people in a studio. Great condition and quality of finish"

"I rated them excellent on everything, especially customer service thanks to a medical emergency. They helped out with immensely. The one area that was a little bit more challenging was the fact that it’s an older building and you have to expect some idiosyncrasies but was well maintained. The location and staff are what stand out most!"

I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! We want to come back in every season. "
