"Beautiful hotel in Old Quebec, great location. I didn't get to try breakfast but it looked amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. I did notice my heat pump was pretty dusty, I had to shut it off and open the window. Fortunately it was neither too hot or too cold outside. "

"The hotel is not staffed, so I could only give 3-stars in that category. I didn't mind that is wasn't staffed... it did not impact our stay one way or another. The access to the hotel was secure and by a unique code. Our room was on the ground level with windows facing the front street. Although cars and pedestrians were passing by at all hours, the room was very quiet (except for one night my husband was woken up by the sound of a ghostly music box that was NOT in the room. LOL).
