"Elevator in the building I was staying in was out of service. I was on the first floor so it didn't affect me but I feel bad for anyone that had to carry luggage up three or four flights of stairs. No ice machine in the building I was staying at. had to walk to the adjacent building for ice. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice. Thankfully the building with the ice machine did have a functioning elevator."

"Upon walking into our room, we instantly loved it. The room was very clean. No weird smells. Was a decent size for just us two. Nice view of the pool and street. Bed and couch were both comfy. "First off the hotel is nestled away and near lots of shopping and dining. The desk clerk Latoya is by far one of the best clerks I have encountered and I travel a lot. Very professional and check in was fast, especially being tired she got me in no time. The room omg was amazingly clean and smells really good. The facilities are a bit much for such the low price.
