"This property is amazing. It’s close to the port, walking distance to the center with all the amazing coffee shops, stores & restaurant. The staff is amazing! They are so friendly & treat you like a friend more than a client. The view of the sea is beautiful. Great A/C, elevator & breakfast. We, a family of 3 all agree it was perfect t for what we needed. I would definitely book again if I return to Heraklion. "

"The property isn’t a modern as the photos suggest. The whole place could do with a paint job and a freshen up as it is a tad dated. Overall, the place was ok. There were just a few things it was missing: no bar or safe, as advertised which was partly the reason I booked it as a solo traveller. The bathroom had a weird quirk, where the shower door didn’t close all the way (design flaw), which meant water went all over the floor and toilet bin right next to the shower. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom very narrow and difficult to move inside. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel is good to sleep only even if it's close to the beach."

There were kids here playing around the pool, but not noisy, so this was a very pleasant stay. I would stay here again."

The property manager, Catarina, went above and beyond to help assist me during my stay. She helped make dinner reservations, booked a motorbike rental and even dropped me off at the bus station in Heraklion after check out!! Outstanding customer service. This place is a gem, BOOK IMMEDIATELY!! "
