"1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!"

"The property is very run down feels dirty and very unkempt. It should shut down for renovations at the very best. The customer service is poor and the staff untrained. The pictures for marketing the hotel are very misleading. The worst experience with a hotel!"
