"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and meals in the restaurant were excellently prepared. A very nice little boutique accommodation. Not a fan of the cold showers and fans in the restaurant would benefit staff and guests."

"Initially we had problems finding the placing ( the address on Hotels.com does not show a street number ) and only found it after a google search of “jags villa”. It is, though, quite close to the airport and once you find it access to the airport is very easy. The slight downside is that there are no shops or restaurants close by, you have to drive to the other side of the airport to a nice mall to get anything. "Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Les lits sont très confortable et il y a une petite cuisine partagée à utiliser avec frigo, evier etc. L'Auberge est tres bien situé au bord de la mer, sans plage mais avec un bel promenade et proche de l'aeroport. la plage à Blue Baie n'est pas loin. Beaucoup des restaurants très proche à pied. Nous avons passé deux séjours la pendant notre tours d'Ile Maurice et La Réunion. Tout etait très bien passé. Merci."

"When you think of the word Penthouse you think luxury. This penthouse was certainly not that. Our main concern was the safety of the electrics which blew repeatedly every night, luckily the owner showed us where the fuse box was so we could reset it every time we were plunged into darkness. We worked out in the end that we could only use one appliance at a time. "Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."

"Absolutely loved this place!!! Small, boutique style hotel, with great pool right on the beach. Staff is wonderful and they take care of this place with so much care and love! "Great apartment. Very quiet. Well maintained. Very helpful host. Regular cleaning. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to the beach/town but they do offer a shuttle if you need it. We had a hire car so it wasn’t really a problem. "

Worth the Stay!

"If one word could describe our stay here… amazing! Only thing that would have made the experience better would be an omelette station, but I’m being picky. The buffet was excellent. Staff were very friendly, and always accommodating. And the two staff members who organised the group activities were so fun. The kids loved the small dance/ concerts at the end of the night and it was a great way for them to burn energy!"

Excellent property and perfect staff!

"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "
