"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a part of town that was easy to get around but not too busy. The Receptionist was lovely and friendly,helping us with some suggestions to eat. We were in the family room 4- just beside Reception but not noisy. The Hotel isn’t 5star high end luxury,nonetheless it was comfortable,clean,lots hot water if needed,and overall a good choice for those like us perhaps unable to pay 5star high end prices! "

I did not appreciate Hotels.com advising that in my itinerary that parking was free when in fact it was 18€ per day, (total of 54€), payable to the hotel at the end of our stay. This was with the pass that we requested when booking. i expect a communication from Hotels.com advising a refund will be issued. "
