"Got off to a rough start having to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i was at the front desk. Only one elevator was working, my mom that was traveling in a wheel chair we had to wait awhile for enough room to use the elevator. Our room was very clean and well kept! Everything hung was stocked, the fitness room and as clean and nice! The cleaning ladies were amazing and very helpful! We will more than likely stay there again while traveling to Little Rock! "
