"The Arlington is the "Grand Dame of Hot Springs". It just Celebrated 100 years and is in the process of renovating. It is the BEST location if you are visiting Hot Springs! Tara at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken good care as does Shane in Parking! They both genuinely care about their guests! I had such a nice time staying here. I walked to the Bathhouses, Lunch, the National Park, and even Dinner at the Ohio. Again, ideal location!"

"This trip was a weekend get-a way for me and my best friend. I booked a two queen size bed room. It was clean and comfortable. This is my second time staying at this particular hotel both times were great. One thing that could use an improvement is the shower door entrance. The slide door was design to open from the back which meant I had to get in first to turn the water on which gave me an unexpectedly water spray. Overall I had a good experience! "We had a wonderful experience. The room was so spacious and clean!!! Wish we could have stayed longer. After staying here for one night then moving on to Memphis for two, thought we would have the same experience by booking the Doubletree by Hilton near Beale St however that was not the case. We will definitely look for Embassy Suites by Hilton for our next trip!!"

"Arpita makes sure that guests are well taken care of! The location if very nice! I had a beautiful Lake View and a lovely Balcony. It is close to everything that Hot springs has to offer! Good Breakfast too!"

"Clean rooms and great service. They were very accommodating for service animals and breakfast was great! If extra towels or bedding needed they were quick and courteous to provide."

"The staff was always polite and friendly. Room was clean and layed out well. Great showers with great water pressure. Chairs in the room were well worn out. Could not use room key to get in and out of hotel. I felt this was a security issue, however the hotel was in progress of a renovation. I am sure all will be updated soon. "

"My partner and I enjoyed staying in this quaint little river cabin. Plenty of room for a couple of kids had we not left them at home. We love being out of town, but just 10 minutes from Hot Springs downtown. The host was very responsive to all of our needs."
