Awesome place.
We were greeted by Jamanja. He was kind, friendly and hospitable as were ALL staffers we met n We were offered delicious cookies and bottled water. The facility was beautiful. The breakfast was for for a king ! Hot and delicious with more thank enough variety. Everything worked and was clean. I would give this place an A+. Will stay again if in the area. Oh and the price was good too.

The room was advertised with what looked like a small couch or love seat. Our room, 2 queen beds, had a very small chair not a love seat or couch. So, the picture showing an example of the room is false advertisement!

I liked everything about the stay except for the older man in the kitchen who was very rude and I do mean very rude. Other than that everything else was wonderful and I can’t complain.

Room had electric curtains but they did not work. Also, this is a handicap room but eh mirror in the bathroom was hung way too high for anyone in a wheelchair to be able to see.

My wife has allergies, we asked for an allergy friendly room, we were told they don’t have them. It worked out okay, while I support pet friendly accommodations they need to remember there are those who have allergies.

Good: The hotel staff were nice and professional. Bad 1. The room keys never worked! The front desk made them over again, with no improvement. Hotel staff had to let us in every time. 2. The accessible room was not accessible. The bed was too high and the toilet was too low. 3. The breakfast was terrible. The hot offerings were few and not very good. There was no warm bread, and the toaster didn't even work. Overall We generally like Hampton Inn, but the issues with our stay will likely make us skip this location in the future.

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted to stay at a nice hotel with indoor pool. Well me and my older son got to the pool before my wife and my daughter and her 2 other friends. We had rented 2 rooms. My son was already in the pool against the deep in and the girls just got in when he moved away from the wall and the pool light fell out and was floating in the pool with the wires. I told them all to get out ASAP and called the front desk. To me it sounded like this has happened before. They shut the pool down. Then later that night I went to ask what time breakfast started and why they only was doing continental. I was told that the oven went out and the are expensive and they had to find one. So not to happy with this trip.
