"The actual property is fine. The neighboring properties are more in line with an industrial part of town. A bit run down. Upon arrival we were assigned a specific room but the over powering smell of dog/ animals prompted us to call the desk and request a different room. With an immediate switch of rooms was completed. Those accommodations were acceptable. The staff was quick to ensure our satisfaction. The pool & breakfast at the hotel were very nice."

"CHECK IN WAS DIFFICULT. THE DESK CLERK SEEMED DISTRACTED & NOT ATTENTIVE. i WAS THE ONLY ONE AT THE DESK BUT IT TOOK AWHILEFOR HIM TO GET OUR CONFIRMATION THRU EXPEDIA. WHEN WE RECEIVED OUR ROOM, WE WERE SENT TO THE FURTHEST, REMOTE AREA OF THE COMPLEX - NEXT TO THE EXPRESSWAY. iT WAS LIKE PUNISHMENT FOR NOT BOOKING DIRECTLY. THE SUITE WAS CLEAN, PRIVATE (NO ONE ELSE WAS IN OUR BUILDING),AND CONVIENENTLY LOCATED FOR US."
