"This Capsule Hotel is in a good location. Lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The building and capsule were very clean, staff was friendly and the Laundromat inside the Hotel was very convenient. Only downside was that if you have a multiple night reservation you still have to leave the Hotel everyday from 1000-1400. Other than that I reccomend this Capsule Hotel!"

There is no bag storage room- rather, they provide a lock for you to secure your bag in the reception area, which I think is great as I was the only one with access to the key to unlock my bag. "First off this hotel has one of the worst check-in procedures I have experienced. the property is supposed to email you a pin number for door access, 48 hours before check in. even with multiple requests for the pin, I did not receive it until I had already been staying at the hotel for two nights. this left me locked out for over an hour the first evening. the property does have a contact number to call to get the pin; however, if you’re a foreign tourist using an esim or don’t have...

"The owners of the ryokan were very accommodating, kind & helpful. The room is big & adequate. Excellent breakfast. The only minus is that there is limited transpo to the inn. And there are no stores or restaurants near the inn. So you need to eat dinner in another village or bring food home."

"Hotel was in a quiet area but just down the road from a main area. The hotel was quiet and they accommodated our early check in. We had a big room with a nice patio. The only issue was that there was a strong musk smell. I think it is due to the wood but one person in my group was sensitive to the smell and it bothered them. "
