"Very convenient Quiet and plenty of parking. Extra heater the last time we went as we asked it was bit chilly. This time heater was in the room. Comfy bed."

I liked that the heating stayed on until late evening, the hot water was reliable and the shower did not fluctuate between hot and cold. Also, the proprietors were generous and flexible with breakfast. The hotel is close to Exeter's two principal railway stations and about 15 mins walk from the town centre. Minor complaints - some of the lightbulbs were too dim and the toilet seat shifted around."
