"I absolutely loved my stay at the Nethleigh. I stayed in the room called The Snug, and it admirably lived up to the name. It was comfortable and very cozy. There was a small fireplace in the room with wood provided for a crackling fire, though I didn't make one. The owner had provided fresh milk in the fridge for my hot drinks, as well as a variety of teas and coffees. "Remember that it's student accommodation. The rooms are a good size and well finished. There is a gym and a pool on the campus, but it is necessary to drive into town for restaurants. This place is perfect for a quick one-night stay."

"The room was slightly dated, but very clean. On arrival the room was cold, but there was an option to contact the owners to have the heating boosted if required. We were visiting friends nearby so didn't need to do so, and the room was lovely and warm on our return once the scheduled heating had started. Although we had a lovely Valentine meal, we were in the public bar, next to the bar which was a bit noisy, table in the restaurant would have been preferred for a bit more privacy. Still we had a wonderful stay."
