"When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. I was told upon check in that they would call when our room which was ready, the hotel never did. The staff upon checknin were not friendly at all and acted thatcwe were an inconvenience. Upon leaving to go have dinner and some errans, we came back to hotel around 8 pm and our room was ready.
