"Excellent location and staff. The breakfast was wonderful with everything to offer. Parking was great and the hotel was in walking distance to everything. The cathedral was minutes away, coffee and food shops everywhere. The rooms were clean, the only gripe I have is the pillows on the bed were terrible. You could not fluff them at all and they are in need of replacement. Other than that I would definitely stay here again, I would just take my own pillow "

"When I arrived there was no one to show me to my room. I phoned the number on my booking but they could not find any record of me having booked with the itinerary number I was given.
