"I liked the price, the continental breakfast, the very comfy King size bed and the friendly staff. The waterfront and downtown shopping is a ten - fifteen minute walk away. The only negative was the Shaw TV remote was slow and needed to be replaced. The buttons had to be pushed hard in order to get a response. I’m not sure if that was the cause of the slow response."

"The spot was a great location for an overnight stay next to the ferry. Good location for some dining options. We stayed here during a snow storm and the only thing that sucked was their parking lot did not get plowed once while we stayed. Luckily it wasn't busy so it did not matter where we parked but it made getting in and out of the parking lot quite difficult. "

"My family stayed two nights for a hockey tournament. While this motel needs a reno, it's clean. After a little adjusting and humour about the 70's we leaned in and had a great stay. There were no issues with pests/insects. The mattresses are zipper wrapped with protective casing, nothing getting in or out. I wish all hotels did this. "We stay here every year , sometimes twice a year. The property is very pretty, quiet and cozy. The cabin has everything you need and the tub truly makes your skin feel amazing. Mellisa the property manager goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and she remembers us every time, leaving a sweet note on our papers for us when we come in late. Really enjoy her hospitality!"
