"This is a very non conventional, well appointed, scenic and peaceful place with loads of central areas for guests to enjoy! It’s very different from your ordinary B&B, resort or hotel. Be sure you know what floor you require as there are three levels and no elevator. And know that though there are fireplaces shown and jacuzzi style tubs listed in some rooms, the owner or management request that you don’t use them. "We had a long weekend getaway at Lake Santeetlah and it was lovely. The apartment is charming, spacious, and comfortable, check in was easy, and we had the whole property to ourselves. Actually, we had the whole area to ourselves — barely saw another soul when we went kayaking and hiking. The Cozy Robbinsville Retreat is a short drive to three different boat launches and several hiking trails, including Joyce Kilmer Forest. "This is a cute little cabin -- maybe 300 square feet total, on a little bluff right by the main house. The (really friendly) owner told me that the property was designed by a European couple. The Scandinavian influence is evident. I do wish the cabin had a separate vanity area -- the only sink is the one in the kitchenette. I also could have done w/ some blinds on the house side at least, but I do appreciate the aesthetic. I would definitely stay there again!"

"All was good only thing wish had satellite to watch some tv. But had movies overall was a plus would come back. Talking to owner of cabin was a joy to talk to and communicated well with any questions i had. Thanks to her for everything "
